Does DI offer refunds for team numbers and/or background checks?

All sales are final.

Team Numbers are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. The purchase of a Team Number gives teams access to the exclusive content and intellectual property of DII, which cannot be undone or returned once accessed.

Once used, Background Checks are not eligible for refunds for cancellations.
