How do I submit a tournament schedule request?

You can submit a request for a specific time, for team members participating on multiple teams, or for when there are other members of a team's family participating at the same tournament.

Once your team has been added to the tournament system Team Managers and Team Coordinators will be able to access the schedule request function.

  1. Log in to the Resource Area.
  2. Click the Tournament Forms button on your dashboard.
  3. Click the calendar icon in the "sched" column for the team you want to submit a request for.
  4. Select the kind of request you want to submit and hit "Add Request."
  5. You will be able to enter the information necessary for that particular request. 
  6. Hit the Back button to save your request.
